If you want a one-stop spa for everything...and I mean everything, try Pure Wellness Medical Spa in Lancaster, Rock Hill or by the Aboretum in Charlotte. They offer botox, fillers, laser treatments, facials, massages and more and all supervised by a medical Doctor! The staff is great and when you are with Dr. Girault you feel like her only patient and she spends the time needed on you personally without feeling rushed at all. I recomomend this spa to anyone who wants anything done in a professional and beautiful atmosphere.

I had a wonderful experience at Pure Wellness Spa. I had a European facial. My skin has never looked and felt so good!! I have received many compliments on how "beautiful" my skin looked. This spa will definitely be included in my skincare regimen!
